-All handgun prices do not reflect the $12 state background check fee.
-All sales are final no refunds or exchanges.
-Any denied or cancelled transaction is subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price, background check fees are none refundable.
-All firearms must be picked up with in 30 days of purchase or any down-payment will be lost.

-Any unclaimed property after 1 year will be auctioned and sold on consignment for a 20% consignment fee plus any additional storage fees @ $30/month.
